This is a brief article for those of you in the real estate business as a Realtor, Loan Officer, or any field of expertise that’s tied to the field of real estate.
Here’s one of the first steps needed, have a journal of your daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
Or create some type of notepad that you can write out your overall journey from day 1 of your plan to the day and time that you accomplished your plan.
If you hit a bump or challenge that you have to stop for a moment and not quit, then you can continue with the steps that YOU have taken before. That way you can continue ON.
Have a mindset and accountability. Focus on the plan that you have written and force yourself, responsible for the actions that take place on your journey that YOU will get your goals done!
I’m writing this so that I can help those who I was once in their shoes years ago as a new Loan Officer in early 2000.
I learned a few of these methods from those who were hitting their goals and making high figures at the end of the month quota contest, in the Car sales business and Mortgage business that I applied such methods.
I believed and followed such methods when I worked on commission with either a Car Dealership or Mortgage Broker.
