I want to mention first on the list – NLIC. It stands for National Low Income Housing Coalition. NLIHC is monitors the federal, state, and local responses to the Pandemic as it relates to housing and homelessness.
They’re known as a Disaster Housing Recovery Coalition and lead more than 850 national, state, and local organizations, including many working directly with disaster-impacted communities and with first-hand experience recovering after disasters.
They follow 7 Principles of Disaster Recovery. If not already you can watch the video here that breakdown and explain their principle beliefs.
